Here we present the regulations that we follow when booking and renting our seaside apartments.

Karwia.Holiday facilities (Dom “ Majówka”, “Bartoszówka” apartment, “Michałówka” apartment) located in Karwieńskie Błota Drugie at 2 Wczasowa Street are rented to the customer under a rental contract. of use, date and amount of rent.

The Customer may use the Facility after paying the entire rental amount.

Upon collecting the keys, the Customer pays a deposit of PLN 1000 in cash.
It secures minor damage to the technical condition of the House, as well as losses in its equipment and is refunded in the event of damage-free settlement of the stay on the last day of stay. If there is damage to the technical condition of the House or other losses in its equipment, the deposit is kept until the damage or deficiencies are removed. After this time, a copy of the invoices will be forwarded to the customer and the deposit will be settled.

The subject of the lease is a House / Apartment, mentioned in the contract, can be used only for tourist purposes.

The object is handed over on the first day of renting from 16.00 in a state suitable for the agreed use, technically efficient, with complete equipment, garden, terrace, pumpkin.

There is also a playground, badmington and playground in the common area

The House is released based on the handing over of keys and information on health and safety and fire protection.

The customer undertakes to maintain the house in the same condition for the duration of the lease, use it as intended.

The return will take place on the day specified in the contract by 12.00 in the condition as in the delivery, i.e. technically sound, clean, with complete equipment. Giving away the house in a condition other than the existing one authorizes the Lessor to reduce the refund of the deposit by min. PLN 250

The house is insured against fire

In the event of a breakdown or other damage occurring during the period covered by the rental agreement, the customer is obliged to immediately notify the owner and draw up an “emergency report” in the form of an email, which is the basis for the client to claim compensation from the insurance company.

The customer is financially responsible for the house and equipment during the period covered by the rental contract.

The house has an alarm with notification, which should be activated each time you exit.

For damages resulting from burglary without an alarm and the arrival of security The owner is not responsible.

The owner is not responsible for theft during the stay of the client.

If the damages qualify for liquidation under the insurance policy, the deposit paid shall be withheld until compensation is obtained from the insurer. The customer’s own share of the damage is borne by the customer.

The risk of damage, damage to the House and its equipment shall be borne by the customer from the time of delivery to the time of delivery.

This risk does not apply to damages that will be covered (paid out) by the insurance company with which the owner has concluded an insurance policy.

Without the consent of the owner, the customer may not make changes to the equipment and construction of the house.

The customer cannot sublet the house.

No more than 8 people may stay in the rented House. If this number is exceeded, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets may stay in the House only with the consent of the owner. Failure to inform the Owner about the fact of the animal being present will result in forfeiture of the Deposit.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by the animal.

There can be a maximum of 3 passenger cars in the unguarded car park at the House.

The owner is not liable for damage caused to parked vehicles or their theft.

The client is obliged to exercise due care, observe health and safety and fire protection rules.

In the whole House and on the terrace smoking is strictly forbidden.

It is forbidden to use corrosive or non-biodegradable chemicals.

The house is cleaned by the Service once a week.

More frequent cleaning can be ordered for a fee from the Service

Damage resulting from the consumption of alcohol or intoxicants is entirely covered by the customer.

The owner reserves the right to withdraw from the contract without civil-legal consequences in the event of serious random events preventing the fulfillment of the contract, i.e. devastation, theft, burning of the house.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.

Any disputes will be settled by the District Court in Bydgoszcz.
